BDG (Behaviour Design Group) are the Nordic region’s leading experts in Organisational Behaviour Management (OBM) and Behaviour-Based Safety (BBS). Based in Stockholm, they draw on over 120 years of research to drive measurable organisational change through proven behavioural strategies.
I was commissioned by BDG to develop their visual language and photographic style guidelines for a complete website redesign. My work also included creating graphic materials that communicate data and results through a cohesive use of typography, colour palette and icons — all designed to express the company’s core values of challenge, collaboration and turning complex data into simple, actionable insights.
